You can schedule an assessment by phone or chat 24/7, and our Centra Behavioral Health Hospital facility accepts walk-ins at any time. Your assessment appointment can take place in-person, over the phone, or via secure video conferencing.

Our assessment team will evaluate your unique challenges, including symptoms, past behaviors and experiences. Our medical team will review this information and determine a comprehensive treatment plan for you, whether you are admitted for inpatient treatment or recommended for outpatient care.
Treatment plan
Your personal care team will work with you to develop a customized treatment plan that’s right for you. In addition to one-on-one time with your psychiatrist, you can participate in group therapy, family education programs, and other holistic therapies.
